Rachel S. Kramer is President and Principal of Barbizon Builders, a predominantly women-owned construction firm recognized for delivering high-quality, turnkey projects from groundbreaking through final FFE installation. With a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania, Rachel brings deep expertise in development strategy and project execution.

 

She serves on the boards of the Dallas Midtown Commons and the Las Colinas Association, and is an active member of industry organizations including CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), TREC (The Real Estate Council), and HREC (Houston Real Estate Council). Under her leadership, Barbizon Builders stands at the forefront of innovation, design, and excellence in construction.
